I was born in Rome (Italy) back in 1967. Self-taught, always passionate about IT and new technologies, I was one of the pioneers of the completely free internet. In 2002 I created "TotoGRATIS", the first Italian domain to offer free services. Then I created TotoARCADE, the online arcade with over 2,500 games. I'm continuously developing my passion as a IT systems engineer.

Technology services are often costly for no reason, even for the smallest jobs. In contrast, I am offering very modest prices, a third of the going rate, which I feel is a fair price.
